I have not worked on many restorations lately because my husband has been diagnosed with cancer. It was found in the late stage and the doctors only give him 6 months to a year to live. I did this restoration this past week as the work helps to keep my mind on other things beside his condition. He really enjoyed watching me fix this photo, which added to my pleasure in completing it.

I did several old photos for a friend in SD. He wanted to print them 8 X 10, so I added a border to accomplish that. He was very impressed I could get the black marker off and redo the fence.

Graduation Today!

Well I graduated from Juniata today. I have mixed feelings about it. I'm happy and relieved I finished this step in my life, and then again, sad because this step is over.

I highly recommend going back to school if you ever wanted to do it. The young adults are very helpful to us 'older' students, and I promise you won't be sorry later. The feeling of accomplishing your dream is like no other feeling in the world.
